We provide a 7 Days credit back guarantee (5 Day refund Policy) on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:
(on shared hosting, Reseller, Master plans only). If user have any technical issue with our server and we unable to resolve the issue.:
⚫FoOnce refund approved , amount will be credited to source account within 7-10 business days.
⚫For Indian Users *: 5% Charge For Refund.

⚫For PayPal Users *: 10% Refund Charge.
⚫Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups).
⚫Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
⚫Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
⚫Refunds are not granted on Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer.
⚫If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work. only 10 days credit back guarantee.
⚫No refund policy for: installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain privacy, Domain names and licenses or custom software installs.
⚫No refund policy for: Goverment Website / Any Indian Clone Gov Website Not Allow (example: Crsorgi). Domain name with gov,crsorgi,and any other domain name related to gov website not allow..
⚫No refund policy for: Fraud Clone Website (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm or any other shopping website).
⚫No refund will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
⚫No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
2. Domain Refund Policy
- Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered, transferred, or renewed.
- This is due to registrar rules, as domain actions are irreversible.
- Please double-check your domain details before finalizing a purchase.
Exceptions to Refunds
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Hosting accounts used for hacking, phishing, malware/virus distribution, spam/abuse, or gambling.
- Hosting accounts containing copyright-infringing material (movies, music, games, software, etc.) or DMCA-violating content.
- Hosting used for mass mailing or bulk email services (our email services are intended for general use only).
- Hosting accounts containing adult/pornographic, harmful, or illegal content.
4. Important Notes
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
- Setup fees, add-on services, and third-party licenses (including WHMCS licenses) are non-refundable.
- Our Money Back Guarantee is a one-time benefit per customer.
5. Government Compliance
- If any customer runs services, software, or websites that are against the Government of India or promote anti-government activities, FreeWHMCS reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate such accounts without refund.
- The customer will be solely responsible for any legal actions in such cases.
- FreeWHMCS will always cooperate with the Government and legal authorities in such matters.

2. डोमेन रिफंड नीति
- डोमेन पंजीकरण, ट्रांसफर और नवीनीकरण शुल्क वापस नहीं किए जा सकते।
- एक बार जब डोमेन सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकृत, ट्रांसफर या नवीनीकृत हो जाता है, तो इसे रद्द करना असंभव है।
- कृपया ऑर्डर करने से पहले अपने डोमेन विवरण अच्छी तरह जाँच लें।
3. होस्टिंग रिफंड नीति
- सभी नए होस्टिंग अकाउंट्स पर 7-दिन की मनी बैक गारंटी लागू है।
- यदि आप 7 दिनों के भीतर सेवा से असंतुष्ट हैं, तो आपको पूर्ण रिफंड प्रदान किया जाएगा।
रिफंड की अपवाद स्थितियां
- हमारी सेवा नीतियों या नियमों का उल्लंघन।
- होस्टिंग का उपयोग हैकिंग, फ़िशिंग, वायरस/मैलवेयर, स्पैम/दुरुपयोग या जुआ के लिए।
- कॉपीराइट/DMCA उल्लंघन वाली सामग्री (फिल्में, म्यूजिक, गेम्स, सॉफ़्टवेयर आदि)।
- मास मेलिंग या बल्क ईमेल सेवाओं के लिए उपयोग।
- अश्लील, हानिकारक या अवैध सामग्री।
4. महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स
- रिफंड केवल मूल भुगतान विधि पर ही जारी किया जाएगा।
- सेटअप शुल्क, ऐड-ऑन सेवाएं और थर्ड-पार्टी लाइसेंस (WHMCS लाइसेंस सहित) गैर-रिफंडेबल हैं।
- मनी बैक गारंटी केवल प्रत्येक ग्राहक के लिए एक बार लागू होगी।
5. सरकारी अनुपालन
- यदि कोई ग्राहक ऐसी सेवाएँ, सॉफ़्टवेयर या वेबसाइट चलाता है जो सरकार के खिलाफ है या सरकारी नियमों का उल्लंघन करती है, तो FreeWHMCS को अधिकार है कि ऐसे अकाउंट को तुरंत बंद/निलंबित कर दे और कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
- ऐसे मामलों में पूरी जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी।
- FreeWHMCS हमेशा सरकार और कानूनी प्राधिकरणों के साथ सहयोग करेगा।
